Zack graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering in 1995. He started with PPDocs, Inc. that same year as a technical support technician. While working full time, Zack continued at UTA and earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1997. Zack pioneered the development of PPDocs.com, the first online legal document ordering system of its kind. Zack led a team to implement RESPA 2010, ATR/QM, CFPB’s integrated disclosures, and the online document assembly system. Zack is currently working on API integrations with industry leading Loan Origination Systems.
